Why be a sponsor:  SCITDA’s charter is to provide agency members with the environment and resources in which they can exchange ideas and educate themselves on state of the art developments in the field of Information Technology. Corporate sponsors provide these learning opportunities through exhibits, presentations, and general networking during conferences. 

Sponsorship in SCITDA provides exclusive access to large numbers of decision makers in the public IT realm for the state of South Carolina. You have a valuable means for hearing “the voice of the customer” in addition to being able to share your IT solutions in an efficient and effective way.

 


 

Benefits: 
Basic sponsorship entitles you to send representatives to the spring leadership meeting, fall conference, and winter social. The number of attendees that you are allowed is based on your sponsorship level.  


 

 When: Our Corporate Sponsorships are for the calendar year.  Sponsorship applications for the upcoming year are typically sent to our mailing list during October or November.


Cost: 
The basic membership is $3,000.  


Available at additional cost: 

  • Fall Conference Presentation slots are $750 each.
  • Fall Conference Booth are $500.
 
*A sponsorship has to be purchased in order to be eligible to attend and participate in SCITDA events.

 


 
 How: If you would like to become a sponsor for the upcoming calendar year, please complete our Corporate Sponsorship Application.  We have a limited number of sponsorship slots, so with exception to our Gold Sponsors, all remaining slots are assigned on a first come, first served basis.  The application process closes once all sponsorship slots are filled.
