Primary Member

Each agency is allowed one Primary Agency Membership per state agency or commission, public college or university. Upon application and payment of annual dues, and Primary Agency Membership may be granted to a designated information technology representative of a state agency or commission, public college or university. The Department of Administration may apply for multiple primary memberships subject to approval by the SCITDA board. The Agency holds the membership, not the individual. 

Associate Member

Unlimited associate membership may be granted to employees of any state agency, commission, public college, or university. The Agency must hold a Primary Agency Membership before it can hold Associate Memberships. County, municipality, and school district employees may apply for membership as Associate Members.
