Primary Member - Each agency is allowed one Primary Agency Membership per state agency or commission, public college or university. Upon application and payment of annual dues, an Primary Agency Membership may be granted to a designated information technology representative of a state agency or commission, public college or university. The Agency holds the membership, not the individual. 

Associate Member - Unlimited associate membership may be granted to employees of any state agency, commission, public college, or university. The Agency must hold a Primary Agency Membership before it can hold Associate Memberships. County, municipality, and school district employees may apply for membership as Associate Members. IT employees that fall under the Office of the Budget and Control Board may apply for membership as Associate Members.
