Sponsorship Guidelines

• Sponsorship is not final until paid in full. All payments are non-refundable.
• Sponsorship and event passes may not be carried forward into the next sponsorship year.
• Sponsorship conference passes are named and non-transferable during each event.
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Sponsorship/selections may be forfeited without prompt payment.
• A credit card fee will be added for credit card payments. A check can be used to a avoid fee.
